Job summary
Talent Acquisitions Group Inc. is representing a client seeking a Sr. Automation Integration Engineer to lead automated assembly and test cells from design through launch on the production floor in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications
- Hands-on ownership of automated production lines from concept through launch.
- Experience directing automation integrators and machine builders.
- Ability to define cell layouts and automation requirements.
- Strong vendor selection and cost estimation experience.
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and specify assembly cells, layouts, cycle time and automation scope.
- Coordinate with outside integrators through FAT, SAT, installation and commissioning.
- Develop equipment specs, RFQs, and manage budgets.
- Provide startup training and handoff to operations.
- Drive manufacturability feedback to product engineering.
