Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 4+ years PLC/automation experience.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- 4+ years PLC-controlled automation in production environments.
- 4+ years robotics work cells and control systems experience.
- 4+ years Ladder Logic in Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Codesys environments.
Responsibilities
- Apply SME on troubleshooting and reduce downtime of critical assets.
- Collaborate with Operations and software teams to optimize MHE systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, PC controllers, and industrial networks.
- Monitor MHE metrics and support escalation for after-hours issues.
- Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior engineers.
