Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of controls engineering in continuous manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Rockwell software and Allen-Bradley drives.
• Experience in control system design, installation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal engineering resource for control systems.
• Lead strategic projects across multiple plants and share standards.
• Provide plant support and remote/onsite troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the controls group and mentor plant personnel.
