Job summary

This role partners with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to understand current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The Sr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled initiatives.
• Strong experience documenting current-state and future-state processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define opportunities and clear requirements.
• Support requirements lifecycle including validation, prioritization, traceability, and change management.
• Map current-state processes and define future-state processes optimized for automation.
• Facilitate sessions with business and technology stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Ensure requirements translate into solution designs with architects and developers.
• Develop process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
