Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Intelligent Automation team.

You will analyze, document, and deliver business requirements for automation initiatives across the organization, partnering with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to translate needs into actionable requirements. Qualifications

• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability.
• Experience with process mapping and improvement using Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with intelligent automation technologies and RPA.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts and automation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for intelligent automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation opportunities and define clear requirements.
• Support requirements lifecycle including validation, prioritization, traceability, and change management.
• Analyze and map current-state processes and assist in defining future-state processes optimized for automation.
• Facilitate working sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Partner with solution architects, developers, automation engineers, and QA teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Develop process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional documentation.
• Assist in preparing business cases, impact assessments, and cost-benefit inputs.
• Support testing activities by helping define test scenarios and coordinate feedback.
• Help ensure automation initiatives align with governance and compliance.
