Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Houston seeks a Sr.

Business Analyst to analyze, document, and deliver business requirements for intelligent automation initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to map current processes, identify improvements, and translate needs into actionable requirements, supporting change and governance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience in analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements.
Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart for process mapping.
Strong collaboration with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define clear requirements.
Support the requirements lifecycle: gathering, validation, prioritization, traceability, change management.
Map current-state processes and define future-state processes optimized for automation.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules for automation delivery.
Support testing by defining scenarios and coordinating user feedback.
Ensure automation initiatives align with governance and compliance.
