Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Principal QE Architect to define and scale enterprise automation strategies across the organization. You will shape frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing, lead AI-powered testing initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and Product teams to accelerate delivery.

You will mentor QE leaders, drive automation governance, and help establish reusable assets and standards across Humana's technology landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
10+ years in software quality/automation engineering.
8+ years designing enterprise automation frameworks.
Deep expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Cypress and Appium.
Experience with Azure DevOps, qTest, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Strong programming skills: Java, C#, TypeScript or Python.
Experience delivering automation for web, API, microservices and cloud apps.
Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD and test strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise automation architecture strategy and roadmap.
Establish reusable automation frameworks across web, API, and end-to-end testing.
Create standards and patterns for quality engineering and automation.
Lead AI-enabled testing innovations and agents.
Mentor QE/automation engineers and ensure governance across Humana.
