Job summary

You will lead enterprise automation strategy, design scalable frameworks, and mentor teams across segments to accelerate delivery. You will drive integration with CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and modern testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, and API automation, while shaping governance and standards across Humana's technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of software quality engineering, automation engineering, SDET, or software engineering experience.
• 8+ years designing and implementing enterprise automation frameworks.
• Deep expertise with automation technologies including Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Cypress, Appium, API automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, qTest, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python.
• Experience implementing automation for web, API, microservices, cloud-native, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI, and CD practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise automation strategy and architecture across Humana.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, REST Assured, Cypress, Appium.
• Lead integration of automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and other delivery platforms.
• Mentor quality engineers and automation specialists on enterprise automation practices.
• Partner with leadership to establish governance and standards for automation across segments.
• Drive AI-enabled testing strategies and adoption of intelligent automation platforms.
