Job summary

Humana is seeking a Principal QE Architect to lead enterprise automation strategy and scale AI-enabled quality practices across business segments. You will design scalable automation platforms, champion automation-first testing, and partner with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and Product teams to accelerate software delivery with AI-powered testing agents.

The role requires 10+ years in quality engineering, deep automation expertise, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
10+ years in software quality engineering or automation roles.
8+ years designing enterprise automation frameworks.
Deep expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Cypress, Appium, API automation.
Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, qTest, CI/CD pipelines.
Strong programming skills in Java, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript or Python.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise automation architecture strategy and roadmap.
Establish reusable automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and integration testing.
Create standards and patterns for quality engineering across Humana.
Evaluate AI-driven testing solutions to improve engineering effectiveness.
Mentor engineers on enterprise automation practices and governance.
