Qualifications

• 4+ years of door industry experience.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in varied positions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• AAADM certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of Automatic Doors and access control systems.
• Diagnose door-related issues including springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Configure door hardware and low-voltage systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide clear customer communications.
• Provide quality checks to meet company standards.
