Qualifications

• 10+ years of total work experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with manual and automated testing across web apps, APIs, and services.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python and SDLC knowledge.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with defect tracking (JIRA/Bugzilla) and test management.
• Security testing awareness and risk-based testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to meet standards.
• Write and maintain test scripts and data for scenarios.
• Conduct walkthroughs with managers and leads to validate tests.
• Perform verification on work products using defined procedures.
• Document, report, and track test results and issues to resolution.
• Create daily test metrics and status reports.
• Provide guidance to junior testers and assist with test reviews.
