Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a respected automotive organization to identify an experienced Automotive Dealership Title Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a strong administrative professional who thrives in detail-oriented, process-driven environments where accuracy, compliance, and documentation are critical to success. While automotive dealership title experience is highly preferred, we are also interested in candidates with transferable experience from home title, banking, credit unions, insurance, medical billing, or other regulated administrative settings. We are seeking a seasoned professional, not an entry-level candidate, who can manage complex paperwork, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
This is an experienced-level title processing role responsible for supporting vehicle registration, tag, and title transactions while ensuring compliance with state and dealership requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high-volume administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to title processing responsibilities, this position includes general office support such as answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry.
