Qualifications

• 5+ years auto liability property damage claims handling experience.
• 3+ years Supervising/Managing Auto Claims Adjusters.
• Strong technical and administrative background in auto claims handling.
• Ability to work independently on technical and administrative matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and direct the auto adjusters in the unit.
• Review files and diary entries to ensure proper documentation and fair settlements.
• Set authority levels for claim files and approve settlements within authority.
• Monitor production, staff development, and quality of files.
• Oversee training needs and implement staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
