Qualifications

• 5+ years auto liability property damage claims handling experience.
• 3+ years of Supervising/Managing Auto Claims Adjusters.
• Strong technical and administrative background in auto claims handling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and provide direction to the unit auto adjusters.
• Conduct file and diary reviews to ensure documentation, fair settlement practices, and quality standards.
• Place authority levels on claim files based on coverage and investigation results.
• Review reports and support procedures to improve claims process, service, and quality targets.
• Oversee training and development programs for personnel and processes.
• Identify system issues and suggest enhancements.
• Manage unit administrative functions including new losses, performance objectives, and appraisals.
