Job summary

Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. is seeking a Senior Analyst/Consultant for the Auto Program Delivery Monitoring Team to analyze and inform Personal Lines Auto pricing programs.

The role partners with stakeholders to define metrics, analyze results, and shape pricing initiatives that support US Retail Markets profit and growth goals. You will own top-line monitoring, collaborate with Data Strategy & Solutions, and present insights to directors and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization (Power BI or Tableau) and data analysis software (SQL, Python, Snowflake).
• Prior Personal Lines experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fully own top-line monitoring and analysis of major program performance for Liberty Mutual & Safeco Auto lines of business.
• Provide analysis and timely updates on product performance to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy & Solutions to ensure proper monitoring datasets are available Day 1.
• Query data to conduct ad hoc analysis and tell a clear story to non-technical audiences.
• Build best-in-class processes, visuals, tools to understand market results with limited data.
• Serve on high-complexity projects and lead own work stream.
• Offer insights into future product launches and become a subject matter expert in Personal Lines Auto rollouts.
• Onboard and ask questions to gain full understanding of rollout processes and data analytics.
