Liberty Mutual’s Auto Program Delivery Monitoring Team seeks a Senior Analyst/Consultant to partner with stakeholders, analyze pricing programs, and shape future Personal Lines Auto rollouts. You will define metrics, visualize results, and inform strategy across the U.S. retail market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience (typically 4+).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization (Power BI or Tableau) and data analysis software (SQL, Python, Snowflake).
• Prior Personal Lines experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own top-line monitoring and analysis of major auto pricing programs, including state and national results.
• Provide timely analysis and updates on product performance to key stakeholders.
• Ensure proper monitoring datasets and reports are available Day 1 with Data Strategy & Solutions.
• Query data for ad hoc analyses and tell a clear story to non-technical audiences.
• Develop best-in-class processes, visuals, tools to understand market results with limited data.
• Lead own work streams on high-complexity projects and contribute to future product launches.
• Become subject matter expert in Personal Lines Auto rollouts.
