Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or Insurance preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Approx 5+ years related work experience in analytics or planning.
• Knowledge of insurance principles and concepts required.
• Strong analytical/problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze planning and capacity questions and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
• Support portfolio planning with rollout sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and cadence.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and inform decisions.
• Integrate tools like AI, Power BI, Power Apps, SPINE, and Excel into workflows.
