Job summary

North American Risk Services Inc. is hiring Senior Level Auto PD Claims Adjusters to work from home in the United States.

The role requires substantial claims experience, strong litigation skills, and active adjuster licensure (New York; Florida licensing as needed). You will manage complex auto property damage claims, coordinate medical care, and lead negotiations with attorneys and vendors while meeting client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Litigation experience required.
• 5+ years of prior claim adjusting experience.
• Experience with heavy litigation preferred.
• Active Adjuster’s license required; Florida license or other jurisdiction licensing may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current claim metrics.
• Handle a case load commensurate with complexity.
• Establish facts of loss, conduct coverage analysis, investigate and determine compensability/liability.
• Coordinate medical care and manage litigation as appropriate; negotiate settlements.
• Perform reserve analysis and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Attend conferences, client meetings, mentor other adjusters, and assist management as requested.
• Adhere to state statutes, client guidelines, and best practices; travel may be required.
