Job summary

North American Risk Services (NARS) is hiring a Senior Level Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to work from home. The role involves managing claims, coordinating medical care, and negotiating settlements as part of a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and 401k.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of claim adjusting and litigation experience along with an Active Adjuster’s License. This position provides flexible work-from-home opportunities while ensuring compliance with state statutes and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claim adjusting experience, preferably in the relevant line of business.
• 5+ years of heavy litigation experience.
• Willingness to obtain a Florida Adjuster’s License or other required jurisdictional license.

Responsibilities

• Keep claim metrics current.
• Handle a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned.
• Establish facts of loss and conduct coverage analysis.
• Assess damages and negotiate settlements.
