Job summary

Davies North America is hiring a Property Damage Casualty Adjuster to handle collision, comprehensive, and PD auto claims in a remote home-based role. Requires 2+ years of industry experience and adjuster licenses; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Works under the Claims Administration & Adjusting department and reports to Eddie Guerra. Primary duties include daily claim processing, client liaison, diary management, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily handling of claims, customers, and diaries; issue payments and correspondence
• Review policies to determine coverage and liability
• Provide claim summaries and participate in client audits
• Identify claim trends and participate in client audit reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned
