Job summary

North American Risk Services is hiring senior level Auto PD Claims Adjusters who can work from home in the United States. The role requires litigation experience, commercial transportation expertise, and an active adjuster license with readiness to obtain Florida or other jurisdictional licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of prior claim adjusting experience.
• 5+ years of heavy litigation experience.
• Must have an active Adjuster’s License.
• Willingness to obtain Florida or other jurisdictional license.

Responsibilities

• Keep claims metrics current.
• Manage a caseload commensurate with complexity.
• Investigate claims; conduct loss facts, coverage analysis and liability determinations.
• Coordinate medical care and litigation management.
• Perform timely reserve analysis and complete reports.
• Attend conferences/meetings; mentor other adjusters.
• Comply with state statutes, client guidelines, and our best practices; travel may be required.
