Job summary

Reserv is seeking a senior Litigation Claims Examiner to manage litigated auto-claims files from inception to resolution. You will evaluate liability, gather documentation, negotiate settlements, and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials as required.

Collaboration with product and engineering teams will help drive tech-enabled improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in claim handling with at least 5 in litigation, and an active adjuster license (willing to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of claim handling experience.
• At least 5+ years in litigation, with ongoing management of litigated claims.
• Transportation litigation preferred; others considered if qualified.
• Driver of litigation strategy; manage discovery and timelines.
• Active adjuster licenses; willing to obtain additional licenses within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal aspects of litigated cases, including costs and processes.
• Analyze auto claims disputes, gather information, and assess liability and damages.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings as needed; communicate with clients and attorneys.
• Collaborate with defense and claims teams for strategic planning and vendor relations.
• Review documents for suit action plans and maintain licensing and education requirements.
