Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Columbia, SC seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, inspire the team, and grow the business with integrity. This exempt role requires 50-55 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with 11-hour shifts and rotating schedules.

You will manage Professional Customer relationships, achieve sales goals, hire and develop Team Members, and ensure inventory and safety standards while analyzing P&L to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in retail management and profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
