Job summary

Napa Auto Parts is seeking a Senior Store Pro to deliver accurate, efficient, and courteous service to customers across in-store, phone, and dealer shop channels. This role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, the ability to identify and source the correct parts, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The position also serves as a key resource for internal team members on product and system knowledge, supporting inventory, delivery logistics, and training to maintain high store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify part numbers and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to customers in-store, by phone, and for dealer shops.
• Accurately identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Execute sales practices including engagement, needs assessment, and demonstrations.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support store operations including stock orders, reporting discrepancies, and inventory.
• Coordinate deliveries and pull/prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate records.
• Assist with Open/Close procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
