Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service in-store, by phone, and in dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Execute sales practices including engagement, needs assessment, and product demonstrations.
• Support store operations including stock orders, reporting discrepancies, and inventory.
