Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification preferred.
• Experience in automotive parts retail or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cataloging tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to customers in-store, by phone, and for dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalogs and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Support store operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
