Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify part numbers and product codes accurately.

• Experience with POS and catalog tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service in-store, over the phone, and to dealer shops.
• Accurately identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and store policies.
• Execute sales practices including customer engagement and needs assessment.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support store operations including stock orders, reporting discrepancies, and presentation.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
• Help with Open/Close procedures and continuous process improvements.
