Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, pricing programs and policies.
• Support store operations including stock orders and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate deliveries and assist with cycle counts and housekeeping.
