Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Senior Store Pro to deliver accurate, efficient service across in-store, phone, and dealer shop channels. You will identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems, and advise customers on technical questions.

You will maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and company policies while supporting store operations, inventory, and open/close procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers across in-store, phone, and dealer shops.
• Accurately identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and company policies.
• Execute sales practices including customer engagement and needs assessment.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support store operations including stock orders, reporting discrepancies, and inventory presentation.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, and fulfill orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control activities and cycle counts.
• Participate in training and continuous development activities.
