Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately identify part numbers and product codes.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and catalog tools (e.g., TAMS).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to customers (in-store, phone, and dealer shops).
• Accurately identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, pricing programs, and policies.
• Assist with inventory control, stock orders, and cycle counts; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate deliveries and support logistics; assist with open/close procedures.
• Support store operations and team development; ensure store presentation and safety.
• Uphold pricing, asset protection, and operational procedures.
