New Country in Hartford, CT is seeking a full-time Parts Counterperson to support our Parts Manager. This role combines in-person and phone sales to assist technicians and customers in a fast-paced dealership setting.

You will fill parts requests, manage stock, and process payments. Prior auto-parts knowledge is preferred, with training provided. The position requires Saturday work and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of auto parts and automotive repair environment preferred, with training offered.
• Able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and take sales orders via phone and email.
