Danbury Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Parts Counterperson to join our busy service team. You will identify, source, and price parts, and support technicians and advisors with accurate parts lookup.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in automotive parts counter, strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication for customer service. A Kia certification is a strong plus, and you will work in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive parts counter experience.
• Kia Certification is a strong plus.

• Ability to work with technicians, service advisors, customers and team members.
• Comfortable using computers and automotive parts catalog system.

Mansioni

• Assist automotive technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs
• Handle walk-in retail customers and provide professional, knowledgeable service
• Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs and manufacturer systems
• Write and manage parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the Service Department and Parts Team to keep repairs moving
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
• Handle multiple customers, technicians, phone calls, and orders simultaneously
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and maintain an efficient department

We are looking for an Experienced Parts Counterpersonto join our team. If you are looking for an excellent working environment and highly-productive shop, come and see what we have to offer.

Position Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, Occasional Saturdays 8:00am to 3:00pm

The Experienced Parts Counterperson will need:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive parts counter experience
• Kia Certification is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, customers, and other team members
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using computers and automotive parts catalog system

The Experienced Parts Countersperson Responsabilities:

• Assist automotive technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs
