Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Level 3 to provide over-the-counter direct sales, take orders in-person and by phone, and support store operations.

This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork within a busy aftermarket parts environment. You will help determine parts needed, assist with pricing and stock management, and may mentor junior staff or assume temporary supervisory duties.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to determine parts needed and provide options to customers
• Trains other employees on parts knowledge and store processes

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly over-the-counter sales to customers
• Take orders in-person and by phone
• Mentor and direct junior Counter Salespersons and Delivery Drivers
• Assist manager with End-of-Day and End-of-Month processing
• Manage inventory and pricing information
• Handle cash and credit transactions and customer invoicing
• Support store operations and safety guidelines
