Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Level 2 to provide friendly, efficient over-the-counter sales and assist customers with part recommendations.

You will take orders in person and by phone, help manage inventory, and support store operations as part of a team focused on excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3–4 years of auto parts experience or equivalent passion for hobbyist parts.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend parts.

• Strong product knowledge of auto parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly over-the-counter service and take orders in person or by phone.
• Assist customers with selecting auto parts and related products.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and issue receipts.
• Maintain store appearance and stock organization.
• Support inventory checks and merchandising activities.
• Mentor junior counter staff when needed.
