Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Level 3 to deliver friendly, knowledgeable help to customers in-person and over the phone.

You will assist with part selection, process sales, and mentor junior staff while supporting store operations across the network. The role requires strong parts knowledge, customer service focus, and the ability to train others while maintaining accurate pricing and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or motivated to pursue a GED.
• Previous professional automotive parts counter sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience or independent decision making abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly over-the-counter sales and assist customers with parts selection.
• Train and mentor junior counter staff and delivery drivers as needed.
• Process cash and credit transactions and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Ensure pricing and discounts are explained and applied correctly.
• Locate and pull parts, check in/out stock, and maintain organized shelves.
