Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Level 3 to deliver friendly, in‑person and phone orders, and to support store operations across multiple locations.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, handling transactions, and helping with end‑of‑day processing while promoting sales programs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior automotive parts counter sales experience, and leadership or independent decision‑making abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; motivation to pursue GED.
• Previous professional automotive parts counter sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience or ability to make independent decisions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, over‑the‑counter customer service and assist in determining parts needed.
• Mentor junior Counter Sales and/or Delivery Driver; participate in training.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; ensure proper invoicing and credits.
• Assist in End‑of‑Day and End‑of‑Month processing as assigned.
• Open/close the store as scheduled and support other store operations.
