Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Level 1 to provide friendly over-the-counter sales and take in-person and phone orders. You will support store operations, learn parts availability, and help customers find the right parts and accessories.

The role emphasizes courteous service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and store policies. Incentives and training opportunities may be available to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; GED pursuit acceptable.
• 1 year of professional automotive parts experience preferred; 2 years hobbyist experience acceptable.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Attend work on time and perform duties as scheduled.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist in determining parts needed.
• Learn store systems and processes; work with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Pull parts for orders, verify inventory, and assist with delivery preparations.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and invoices with accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized work and sales area; follow safety guidelines.
