Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. seeks a friendly Counter Sales Level 2 to handle over-the-counter sales, take in-person and phone orders, and support store operations. The role includes mentoring junior staff and driving customer satisfaction through product recommendations and efficient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience; GED pursued if needed.
• 3–4 years of professional automotive parts experience or 5+ years hobbyist experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, respectful service to customers in person and by phone.
• Research part availability, stock numbers, and pricing using store systems and catalogs.
• Locate and pull parts for orders and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and correctly invoice customer accounts.
• Assist coworkers as a team member and mentor junior counter staff or delivery drivers.
