Job summary

Auto Plus is seeking a Master Technician in Florida who will diagnose drivability, A/C and electrical systems while leading and mentoring a service team. The role includes educating customers on problems and proposed solutions to enhance customer care and satisfaction.

The candidate should have strong automotive diagnostic experience, a leadership mindset, and a commitment to ongoing training. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends is required, with a focus on delivering superior

Qualifications

• Must be a leader in the shop with the ability to set pace and tone for the team.
• Strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience is required.
• Availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Perform duties of Technician A/B/Mechanic and General Service Technician.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in clear terms.
• Continuously learn new automotive tech information in formal training.
• Assist fellow technicians and keep management informed of repair issues.
• Maintain an organized, neat shop and adhere to safety rules.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
