Job summary

Safelite in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking Auto Glass Technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels. The role covers repair, replacement, and recalibration with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Auto Glass Technician experience (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and diagnose issues.
• Operate tools and Safelite systems (MRM, GTS) and document work.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers.
• Mentor technicians at Senior/Master levels as needed.
