Job summary

Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians in Appleton, WI. This role may be filled at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician level depending on experience and certifications.

You will repair and replace vehicle glass, recalibrate safety systems, and use Safelite tools while delivering safe, high-quality service. Benefits include strong pay, 401(k) with company match, medical plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Experience as Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services safely and efficiently.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostics.
• Proficiently operate Safelite’s tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles and maintain professionalism.
• Mentor and coach junior technicians as needed.
