Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is hiring an Auto Glass Technician at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels based on experience. You’ll perform repair, replacement and recalibration services with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role includes coaching and mentoring responsibilities for senior levels, use of Safelite tools, and a clear path for career growth with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years experience in auto glass installation or related automotive service.
• Proficient with recalibration and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop with focus on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing as required.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and maintain customer administration systems.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; assist with promotions and services.
