Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
• 2+ years as Auto Glass Technician or related auto glass experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety and customer service focus.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM) and manage work orders.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the workday.
• Interact with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
