Job summary

Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians in the United States. The role spans Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels with leadership responsibilities possible for senior positions.

You will perform windshield and glass repairs, recalibration, and customer service in Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop settings. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and advanced technology usage, including diagnostic testing and tools like True Seal and MRMs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years of Auto Glass Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices.
