Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Technician to perform repair, replacement and recalibration services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop. The role requires strong safety, quality and customer service focus, with coaching at senior levels as applicable.

Technicians, Senior Technicians, or Master Technicians will be considered based on experience, certifications, and leadership ability. Training and advancement opportunities are available across the Safelite organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with valid driver's license.
• Experience as an Auto Glass Technician with relevant certifications preferred.
• Ability to operate Safelite tools and follow the Safelite process.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services with safety and quality focus.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies, including MRM, GTS and related systems.
• Communicate with customers in-person, by text, and by phone; promote services.
