Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking an Experienced Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations at Safelite Shops or via Mobile Glass Shop services. You will use our specialized tools, follow Safelite procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and Safelite SafeTech certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred
• Valid state driver's license required
• Safelite SafeTech certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety and quality
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing
• Operate Safelite tools and technology, including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, and MRM
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to PPE policies
