Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to provide repairs, replacements, and recalibrations at a Safelite Shop or through our Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite tools and technology to complete work with a focus on safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.

You will recalibrate safety systems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers to promote Safelite products. A high school diploma, valid license, and SafeTech certification are required, with physical work and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license
• Safelite SafeTech certification required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions
• Comfort with using Safelite diagnostic tools and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies accurately
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles as needed
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies
