Job summary

Chase, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Director in Auto Finance to lead FP&A, forecasting, and strategic decision support for the Retail & Consumer unit. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting while mentoring a high-performing finance team.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks, and deliver insights that influence growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, business management, or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and supporting strategic decisions.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex data to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecast, outlook, stress testing and strategic planning for Retail & Consumer.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate performance and influence strategic decisions.
• Direct monthly/quarterly financial reviews with actionable insights to executives.
• Develop executive reporting, forecasting models, dashboards, and decision-support analytics.
• Analyze profitability, customer trends, and portfolio performance to inform strategy.
• Lead headcount planning, expense management, and investment prioritization.
