The role involves handling intricate accounts, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and driving process improvements. The position requires 2–3 years of auto finance/collections experience, detailed analysis, and proficiency with Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in auto finance, collections, default servicing, or consumer lending.
• Experience handling complex servicing scenarios such as deceased accounts, impounds, replevin, and SCRA compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex impound and abandoned vehicle accounts, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with applicable laws.
• Process and resolve deceased borrower accounts, coordinating with legal, compliance, and external stakeholders.
• Handle replevin accounts with state-specific legal requirements.
• Monitor and enforce SCRA compliance, including documentation and audits.
• Generate and oversee compliance letters such as RTC, NOI, and AOP.
• Lead exception reporting for letter failures and data issues; recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve escalated servicing issues.
• Contribute to workflow analysis and process improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
