Job summary

Aspire General Insurance Company seeks a Senior Field Auto Appraiser to evaluate vehicle damage, negotiate repairs, and guide customers through the claims process. Responsibilities include inspecting damage in the field or virtually, negotiating with shops and vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation while mentoring newer team members and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of auto damage appraisal and vehicle estimating experience in P&C insurance.
• Strong negotiation experience with repair facilities and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle damage in the field and via virtual appraisal methods.
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with body shops and other parties.
• Evaluate and settle total loss claims, including ACV determinations.
• Review supplemental damage requests and perform re-inspections as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the claims process.
• Document claims thoroughly and prepare professional correspondence and reports.
• Mentor and support new team members during onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
